Please Help Me with a Decision - Underwear or No Underwear with this Hot Dress

You and me planned to go to an important dinner party and I chose an impressive red dress to wear. You obviously have not thought about your wardrobe that much but this can be fixed - but first tell me about my underwear - with or without? As you have to get a new outfit anyways and my panties are off now - you know where this leads, right?
